Over the Thanksgiving holiday, one of our newest MaidPro Cares founders, Jenny Ackley, and her husband, Roger, took time out of their vacation in Belize to visit the Liberty Children's Orphanage.

In an email to the home office, Jenny recapped their stopover:

Agatha (who runs the orphanage) took Roger, his uncle and aunt, and myself on a tour of Liberty on November 27th. In general, though extremely humble, the orphanage was neat, clean, and in working order. In my opinion, the needs of the orphanage are endless; I'm sure there will be no problem finding new ways to help.

We were able to meet and spend time with four of the resident girls--they were very sweet and seemed to enjoy having us in their company--while the rest of the children were in school. The two suitcases we brought, stuffed with new white T-shirts and candy, quickly seemed like nothing in the grand scheme of things. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be a founder of MaidPro cares and helping to make a difference for the orphanage.

Here at the home office, we are truly grateful for all those involved with the MaidPro Cares initiative. 2015 was a magnificent year! We accomplished so much for the children of Belize, were even able to send a holiday care package down last week!

We are excited to see what 2016 will bring. If you are interested in becoming involved with MaidPro Cares, please reach out to Kayla Cina for more information

Together, we can make a difference!
