Who is MaidPro?

We are proud to serve the thousands of loyal customers who have come to trust MaidPro to clean their homes. The professionals at MaidPro are dedicated to exceeding clients' expectations through personalized cleaning services provided by trained and dedicated professionals.
How did MaidPro Cares begin?
Before our Maidpro Adventure Trip to Belize in 2013, we planned a visit with an orphanage in Belize. We did some shopping beforehand (after contacting the home's staff to find out what sort of things we could bring to support them) and filled extra suitcases with basic items such as clothing, shoes, undergarments, etc. and even some less obvious things like printer ink and a WII controller!
What we experienced at the children's home was not something that any of us will forget. And after seeing how much our presence and much-needed gifts meant to these kids, we felt inspired and compelled to continue to support them (and more children at other homes) on a more regular basis.
We wanted to continue to make a positive impact on the lives of orphaned children, and decided to harness the power of MaidPro's 275+ locations throughout the U.S. and Canada and 100,000+ strong client network to work directly with children's homes and give these kids the attention and care they deserve.
What orphanages do you help?
MaidPro Cares is regularly looking for new orphanages to support. We are currently working with the Liberty Children's Home (Belize), Rainbow Children's Home & Autism Center (British Virgin Islands), and Friends of The Children (Boston), and The Shama Center (Peru). If you would like to reach out about a children's home please contact email@example.com.
What do you do for each orphanage?
MaidPro Cares partners with orphanage staff in order to learn how to best meet the needs of each particular home and the children who live there. We learn each child's preferences (favorite colors, sports heros, super hero, etc) and purchase clothing specific for the child. We learn what's needed at the facility. It may be kitchenware, printer ink, new dorms, first aid kits or light bulbs. Or, the facility may need a new swing set or the sleeping rooms painted. Rather than give funds directly to the orphanage, MaidPro cares purchases the goods or services and hand delivers or helps make sure the service is properly managed. MaidPro Cares will even send staff or Franchisees to the orphanage to provide hands on services such as painting, building, or help with setting up swing sets.
How can I get involved?
We're glad you asked! MaidPro is supported through 1) MaidPro franchisees and Home Office Staff who share our passion for making a difference and 2) compassionate clients who simply contribute a few dollars per cleaning service.
Nearly 100% of the funds we raise go directly towards impacting the orphanages we serve.
